Q. What machinery & technology do you use to produce your brand Vera Pasta?
ANS. –
The company uses the best brand machinery available with regard to both technology and food safety. The winning machinery brand we use is “PAVAN” brand from the Italian company, PAVAN MAPIMPIANTI S.P.A From Italy. This machinery brand uses fully computerized PLC (Programmable Logic Controlled) and high temprature technology systems.
Q. How did you achieve to win the trust of customers and to specially build the success brand “Vera Pasta” in Ethiopia ?
ANS. –
Our company has taken due efforts to win the trust of consumers at large by making sure production systems operate in internationally accepted Environment and Food Safety standards. Further more, the company continually strives to keep up the quality of our flour and flour based products to the best satisfaction of the customers based on international food safety principles; HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 FSMS (Food Safety Management System) & ISO 14001:2004 EMS (Environmental Management System)
